Bookings/Reservations:
Either by email or telephone. A credit card is required to confirm booking.

Cancellation:
We require 7 days notice of cancellation or a full tariff will be charged. There is a 20% Booking fee from time of confirmation.

Dining Out:

• Pegasus Bay  - offering wine tasting and very fine cuisine lunch.
• Norwester Cafe - offering morning coffees, lunches and late evening dining.
• Waipara Springs Winery/Cafe - relaxed country fare and enjoyable wines.
• Mud House - offering all year around dining in a landmark building.
• Karma Cafe - Thai cuisine.
• Pukeko Junction & Gallery - lunch, art and wine.

GST:
All prices are inclusive of Goods Service Tax.

Heating - In the Cottage there is a heat/air conditioning unit with underfloor heating in  bathroom. In the Villa there is a vented gas heater, underfloor heating in bathroom and each Villa Room has heating.

Pets:
Not allowed.

Smoking:
Prohibited inside the Villa and Cottage.
